The Literati Indie Book Fair is now in its second year, and returning to the Individual Artists of Oklahoma at their new home on Film Row, 706 W. Sheridan! Literati serves as a springboard for local and regional authors looking for a place to start their career and find new fans. This semi-annual event takes place in Oklahoma City in the spring (May 15) and in Tulsa in the fall, and averages 30 authors per fair and with an attendance of 150-300 hungry readers. New this year will be the Literati zine, a hub of industry tips from local writers and presses who have built their readership from the roots up and want to mentor the next generation of Oklahoma writers hoping to carve out a career in the Heartland. Booth rentals are only $30 and are now available to reserve online or by mail and is open to all genres, styles and disciplines.
